With over a decade of specialized experience in medical billing and patient advocacy, I help oncology patients navigate the complexities of insurance reimbursement—particularly in integrative and out-of-network care settings. I am fluent in English and French, and conversational in Spanish, allowing me to support patients across diverse backgrounds. I use a specialized billing software to track all my patient’s claims accurately.
I partner with patients to ensure insurance claims are accurately submitted, strategically coded, and vigorously followed through. Whether your treatment includes IV therapy, acupuncture, functional labs, or advanced integrative cancer protocols, I work to ensure that every eligible service is billed properly.

I offer my services on a contingency basis, charging only a percentage of what I successfully collect from your insurance. A small one-time setup fee covers benefit review, document organization and claim preparation. Patients will be required to pay the center upfront for all medical services. Once treatment is complete, MED ONE Option 1 and then ACG OPTION 2 help identify the billable aspects of service and handle all billing and coding, claim submission, and follow-up to navigate claims from filing to reimbursement.
Upon checkout after each treatment, the clinic will provide patients with a superbill which can be submitted to MED ONE and or ACG.
Note, you will still need to pay the center upfront for services.
These 3rd party services are only to help secure a partial reimbursement for your out-of-pocket treatment costs. **Reimbursements from insurance are not guaranteed.
To qualify for insurance reimbursements, patients must have a private PPO insurance policy with qualifying out-of-network coverage provided through an employer, health sharing, or other group entity-administered insurance plan.
Unfortunately, patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or HMO insurance plans would not qualify for insurance reimbursements.
